	Foundation Maintenance Tips
1. Extend gutter down spouts a minimum of 3 feet from the foundation.
2. Slope soil away from home for proper water drainage.
3. Do not flood flower beds near foundation.
4. Plant trees at least 20 feet from the foundation.
5. Water your foundation. A constant soil moisture level will minimize foundation movement.
6. Make sure you have no plumbing or sprinkler valve leaks.
7. Do not over water.
8. Direct water away from an A/C unit.
